As Chief Financial Officer, Nikki wields her many skills in accounting policy, tax law, financial projections, and extreme patience to ensure AnLar’s responsible and profitable financial future. While she may occasionally have to convince folks that pyramid schemes are not desirable architectural ventures, Nikki spends her time at AnLar developing financial governing rules and sophisticated financial models to empower AnLarians to maximize the impact of their work, while ensuring a sustainable financial approach.
Before beginning her work developing AnLar into a financially disciplined team, Nikki spent several years as an auditor for medium and large public, private, and not-for-profit companies fine-tuning their internal controls, elevating their accounting and reporting practices, and integrating technology into their business practices. Nikki has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master of Accountancy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
When Nikki isn’t explaining that EBITDA is not the German word for debit card, she is exploring all corners of the earth. With her dog, husband, and child in tow, she is likely to be found backpacking a remote mountain, snorkeling off a coast, or working from her campervan, developing P&L reports from whereabouts unknown.
