Ben supports AnLar’s EIR TA Dissemination contract with the U.S. Department of Education. His work focuses on developing Communities of Practice and managing technical assistance for EIR grantees. As a relationship-driven, systems-oriented thinker, Ben is always looking to build connections between people and across topics.
Before joining AnLar, Ben served as a school administrator for several years supporting teachers, students, and families through their educational journeys. His interests in teacher growth, child development, and educational technology also led to him to spend time as an adjunct professor, program evaluator, and researcher. He has an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from The George Washington University and an M.A. in Learning Disabilities and B.A. in History from Northwestern University.
Outside of work, you may find Ben hiking whatever mountain range is nearby, biking on a local trail, playing music, or attending concerts.
