Patrick spearheads all of AnLar’s help desk support for statewide IEP systems. In this role, Patrick leans on his IT, educational technology, and customer service skills to provide effective support to all system users.
Patrick brings over a decade of experience providing IT and technical support in a variety of contexts. Prior to coming to AnLar, Patrick designed and implemented all processes related to system documentation, help desk ticketing, and processes for completing IT projects at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary. He also brings experience training, supporting, and managing part-time IT technicians. Patrick holds an A.A.S. in Networking Technology from the Ozarks Technical Community College, a B.S. in Communication Studies from Evangel University, and M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction: eLearning/Technology Education from Concordia University.
When he isn’t managing AnLar’s help desks, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids as well as tinkering in other technology-focused passions (video games, building computers, and anything else tech-related!).
