With our people being at the center of work, Kim’s responsibilities are focused around taking care of AnLarians. Ensuring a smooth process for our new hires, helping to oversee open enrollment, making sure that AnLarians have the tools they need, and assisting in carrying out day to day operations to keep things running behind the scenes.
Kim believes an organization thrives when there is focus on the humans behind the work and supporting them as much as possible. She got her start in HR, as many HR professionals do, quite by accident but is driven by the idea of changing the way we think about the workplace. Kim holds a B.A. in Psychology from Cedar Crest College and is studying to obtain her SHRM-CP certification.
At Cedar Crest, Kim was the goalie for their women’s lacrosse team and during her senior year placed third in the nation for most saves in a season. In her free time, she can be found reading, gaming, or chasing her two-year-old son around at the beach, hiking, or at home. Kim lives outside of Boston, MA with her husband, Ethan, and their son, Elliot.
