Holding a Double Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, he brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise and strong business acumen to every engagement. As Managing Director of Lexa Group Companies, he has built a distinguished track record delivering enterprise-scale solutions for clients, including Disney Cruise Lines and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where he has managed multi-million-dollar project portfolios, led cross-functional teams, and driven full software development lifecycle initiatives from inception through production support.
As a Certified ScrumMaster with expertise spanning Agile methodologies, data analysis, data migration, business intelligence, and cloud platforms, David is equally at home facilitating executive-level strategy sessions and rolling up his sleeves alongside development teams. He has led JAD sessions, architected SCRUM frameworks, managed budgets exceeding $18 million, and consistently delivered projects on time and on budget. His approach centers on building adaptive, high-performing teams —grounded in trust, creativity, and a healthy work-life balance—that produce lasting value for clients and stakeholders alike.
Away from the office, David is a certified endurance coach and fitness trainer who leads with the same discipline and passion he brings to his professional work. An accomplished endurance athlete, he has completed multiple marathons, ultramarathons, and 70.3-distance triathlons, and he brings that coaching expertise to helping others achieve their own performance goals. When he’s not on the road or the trail, David can be found unwinding to the sounds of the blues or savoring a handcrafted Old Fashioned—a well-earned reward for a life lived at full stride.
