As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, Juliet supports all aspects of the Office of Special Education Programs’ (OSEP) Personnel Development Program Data Collection System (PDPDCS) project including: providing technical assistance to grantees, scholars receiving funds from those grants, and scholars’ employers.
Prior to joining Anlar, Juliet worked as a food security agent for American Airlines ensuring food safety and security for travelers. In addition, she worked as a tech support specialist at Westat working on various projects such as the National ART Surveillance System, the National Health & Aging Trends Study, the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study, the Young Adult Follow-up Study, and the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), troubleshooting problems related to hardware and software systems, answering procedural questions, and usability testing.
Juliet grew up in Uganda and now resides in Connecticut. As a former member of a bluegrass band, she spends most her free time humming to any kind of music depending on her mood. When not singing, she likes to binge watch Law & Order, Bones, Golden Girls, and British T.V. shows (Doc Martin). She enjoys planning outdoor adventures and imagining fashion ideas.
