Ashleigh plays a pivotal role in providing support for projects centered on education policy and data management assistance to federal agencies. With her background in education and instructional design, she’s all about making sure those programs run smoothly and have a real impact. What motivates her most in her role is the opportunity to make a tangible impact on agency programs and engage with senior-level officials to advance overarching educational objectives.
Before diving into the federal world, Ashleigh spent six years molding young minds as a middle school teacher, where she cultivated a passion for Earth/Space Science and honed her skills in curriculum development and instruction. She found joy in empowering students to explore and understand the world around them. Ashleigh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Career and Technical Education from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!!) and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from Walden University.
Beyond her role at AnLar, she finds solace and excitement in traveling to explore the natural wonders of our world. Growing up on the beaches of Hawaii and Florida, Ashleigh’s love for the outdoors runs deep, shaping her into the avid adventurer she is today. As a self-proclaimed foodie, Ashleigh also loves finding new restaurants to dine in around her city. And when Sundays roll around in the Fall, you’ll find her decked out in her San Francisco 49ers gear, cheering on her team with the same gusto she brings to exploring new cities and sampling delicious dishes.
