What We Did

We use previous experience supporting other state advisory councils and panels in their work to efficiently and effectively assist Vermont in establishing the role of the SEAC in relation to other state agencies and organizations, identifying Council purpose and goals, writing Council by-laws, developing a strategic plan, prioritizing tasks, and establishing and supporting ‘working’ council committees. We provide ongoing technical assistance to address each of these areas throughout the school year.
