What We Did
AnLar helped recruit schools, conducted the random assignment, collected data, conducted a fidelity of implementation study, and an impact evaluation. AnLar provided formative feedback to the Niswonger Foundation about the personalized learning strategies utilized in project schools and how coaches worked with schools. The reports produced by AnLar helped the Niswonger Foundation improve the program and thus improve the literacy achievement of students.
