The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) needs to understand trends in Personnel Development Program grantees, scholars’ service fulfillment, and whether or not grantees are increasing the number of qualified personnel in the field of special education.

What We Did
AnLar’s research team analyzes data to help OSEP improve the program. Our team produces annual reports based on existing performance measures and identifies new potential measures. We describe trends in scholar characteristics, prior educational and employment history, participation in grant supported training, employment status during training, and program completion.
