Tara is thrilled to return to her AnLarian roots as a member of the Research & Evaluation and Technical Assistance teams. A self-proclaimed “jack of all trades,” she enjoys conducting quantitative/ qualitative research and program evaluations, and connecting with clients to provide insights and solutions to their unique needs. She currently supports the evaluation of the EIR grant, Rural LIFE (Literacy Initiative Focused on Effectiveness), by collecting and analyzing data and writing annual reports, and the development of Rhode Island’s Strategic Plan as part of its Preschool Development Grant.
In her previous role at Abt Associates, Tara supported numerous education and workforce-related projects, such as the Evaluation of Round 4 of the Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) Grant Program and WWC Postsecondary Education, Postsecondary Preparation Evidence Reporting (PEPPER). She devoted her brainpower to conducting analysis on institutional- and individual-level datasets, synthesizing reports to identify meaningful patterns in the postsecondary education field, and writing project management deliverables on three federal projects.
In her downtime, you can find Tara listening to one of her many true crime podcasts, consuming excessive amounts of coffee, or being coerced into performing an Irish jig throughout the month of March.
