Helen Foster

Project Manager
Helen Foster

Helen provides thought partnership, project management, and leadership on various federal contracts focused on areas such as data management, data governance, communities of practice, and annual convenings.

Prior to becoming an AnLarian, Helen successfully launched a business initiative where consulting, professional development services, and a Community of Practice were designed for and delivered to Administrative Professionals in domestic and international K-12 private-independent schools. She was also a co-awardee on a U.S. Department of Commerce TOP grant, which funded a demonstration grant focused on supplier diversity. Helen also brings experience as a subcontracting partner to a commercial developer bidding on a capital project at an HBCU, where she was pivotal in preparing and delivering the bidder’s presentation, leading to a contract award and a successful delivery of an outsourced supplier delivery sufficient to meet the HBCU client’s requirements. Helen holds a B.A. from Harvard University, M.S. from Lesley University, and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.

When she is not supporting federal initiatives, Helen enjoys domestic and international travel, reading mysteries and science fantasy, and cross-training (biking, walking, and high-intensity interval training). She is also reveling in all the great things happening to her son who is Class of 2024 at Notre Dame. Go Irish!
