Corin Collier

Technical Assistance Program Analyst

In her current role, Corin brings a keen eye for detail offering technical assistance support and project management for PreK through Post-secondary education initiatives. She enjoys masterminding systems and protocols to help increase efficiency and organizational knowledge management. Her love for taking evidence-based approaches to improve student outcomes is often reflected through the incorporation of data analysis and research techniques in her work.

Prior to joining AnLar, Corin worked at an education non-profit providing program evaluation and data analysis support to a network of schools. Much of her attention focused on developing systems and protocols to improve data culture by increasing the use of student performance data in decision making for all school-based staff. She also has experience working in a charter authorizing state education agency providing research support on potential funding models and student outcomes. She has provided student support services and research support in higher education institutions and remains passionate about educational equity and accessibility to quality education. Her ongoing passion to further educational equity and access for all populations remains a guiding force in her professional life.

In her down time, she can be found experimenting with vegetarian cuisine, conducting (self-proclaimed) award-winning annual craft projects, practicing yoga or plotting her next queso fix! She is most happy when she is fulfilling auntie duties, spoiling her brother’s dog, Branca during weekend getaways.
